There was so much fun had during this photo shoot. We did the shoot in their back yard which was perfect for photos.

A tree-house, a swing, a trampoline…we had it all! Thank you for letting us capture these precious moments

The wedding of Rebecca & Sam 12/11/11

WOW what a wedding! What an honour it was to be the Photographers at Rebecca & Sams Wedding.

I met Rebecca in primary school and we have been friends ever since. Altho she lives in Christchurch, New Zealand & we live on the Gold Coast, that was not going to stop me being a guest at her wedding & my husband as the photographer.

Rebecca looked absolutely stunning (especially with her gorgeous wee baby bump).

The most special part of their wedding day for me was their first dance. Rebecca & Sam had chosen a song that I had introduced to Rebecca a few years back. It was such a surprise and such a special moment.

There were so many precious moments captured that day but here are just a few.

My Family…well, some of them

It seems to be that whatever field of work you are in, you never get time to use those skills for yourself. This is very true in my case. My husband ‘the photographer’ took photos of my side of the family a few months ago & we have never had the time to get around to editing them. Well finally after a couple of months and my mother asking ”are the pictures done yet”, I sat down and did a few of the photos. I must say I have the most amazing family and editing the photos today only made me more eager to see them again. (They are living in Christchurch, NZ). I am really looking forward to next week when we head over to Christchurch to photograph a wedding and have more family photos taken. Lets just hope it doesn’t take us so long to edit them next time xx

The wedding of Julia & Richard 22/10/11

What a privilege it was to photograph Julia & Richards special day! Having worked with Julia, I got to hear all the details of the big day. When the day finally arrived I was so happy to see that everything worked out just the way she wanted it…including the weather! The Ceremony was filled with love & laughter from beginning to end. The photo shoot was an absolute blast! Being the outgoing, enthusiastic couple that they are…we got a lot of fun & personal photos….you can tell that they are so in love!!!
